Helping You Become What You Are

Let’s work together if…

You desire a deep, meaningful emotional connection with your partner.

You want a relationship where you feel respected and your opinions and contributions are valued.

You seek clear and honest communication to address conflicts, express needs, and share emotions without judgment.

You want to build a foundation of trust and feeling secure in your relationship is non-negotiable.

What is life coaching?
Who is coaching for?

Life coaching is a collaborative process where a coach helps clients identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaching is for anyone seeking to make positive changes in their life.

How is life coaching different from therapy?

Life coaching tends to be more action-oriented and solution-focused and focused on getting to the root of the problem rather than treating its symptoms.

The relationship between a life coach and client is often more collaborative than therapy where there tends to be more of a power dynamic.

Coaching may not offer the full spectrum of support that certain individuals require.

One of the best ways to figure out whether life coaching is for you is to take advantage of the FREE 60-minute consultation I offer.

How confidential are coaching sessions?

Confidentiality is an essential aspect of the coaching relationship in my practice.

What is discussed in my coaching sessions is strictly confidential and no part of any of my coaching sessions would ever be disclosed to others.

If you’re searching around, it’s a good idea to discuss confidentiality with your coach at the beginning of your coaching engagement and clarify any questions or concerns you may have.

What is the client-coach relationship like?

The relationship is first and foremost built on trust, respect, and open communication.

During coaching sessions, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

I may ask questions, provide feedback, and offer insights to help the client gain clarity and perspective on their situation.

Do you offer sessions for couples?

No, I do not offer sessions for couples—and that’s actually the best part.

We don’t need your partner to be present to foster a stronger, deeper, and more meaningful connection.

By coaching one person in the relationship, we can create significant positive changes that benefit both you and your partner.

That being said, both you and your partner may receive seperate coaching if all parties are aware and consenting.

At Become What You Are coaching, individuals are empowered to create authentic relationships with themselves and others by developing unshakable self-confidence that is aligned with their personal values.
